Family

I was lucky enough to be able to photograph my cousin and her beautiful family before her husband is sent back to duty for about 9 months with the Marines. Is is a small world because when she told me she got married, I looked at his photo and asked if he went to an elementary school I taught art at 10+ years ago. She said yes and I knew I was once his teacher...made me feel a bit old, but so happy she married such a sweet guy! Now a former student is part of my family and I am sad that we not able to spend much time before he is off serving our country. I am thankful for his dedication and bravery and pray for his safe return to his little family. I always think about the families that give so much to keep us safe....so thank you Cody!
Their little guy is so funny and did great the whole session! Love you guys! xo

A little Moore...

The Moore family is expecting a baby girl very soon! So exciting! Mom and Dad wore these shoes at their wedding and have a little pair for their newest Moore.
Adorable! You look gorgeous Mrs. Moore and I can't wait to meet your baby girl!

Mr. Golden Sun

Catherine

Such cuteness from this girl the whole session. There were people chasing her down to get a better look at her. She was such a trooper and I think her favorite part was running up and down the porch...so adorable!
Her parents were so awesome for bringing her pretty far from home for photos! Thank you....she is such a little angel.
Thank you to her cousin Amy too for referring them to me! We went to high school together and now she is a fellow photographer in Washington. :)
