I get asked this a lot for upcoming photo sessions. I always say the main thing is that you are comfortable. It is not too easy to hide discomfort you feel in your clothing while getting your photo taken unless you are a professional model that is used to that. :) So first, comfort, then color is always great, and last if there is more than one person in the photo try cordinating colors or styles so it looks like you planned to be in the photos together. Here are my girls...the little one is in love with these boots. She had some just like her big sis's in the photo last winter and could not part with them until like June. It was bad...lol. Now we finally found new ones that she can't part from. Makes a good photo when the kids love what they have on!
